Summary: The over use of "cleaning" products does not mean clean. The washcloth smelled of cleaning products so much that when I washed my face with one, I could still smell it. TOO STRONG. The whole property smelled like concentrated fabulouso, It made me sick. It has also been 4+ days since we check out and still waiting on them to release the $50 incidental charge. Kinda ridiculous! Worst of all, the Pool was closed. That should be listed when making reservations or the day before. People traveling with kids in the summer time rent a hotel with a pool to actually use it. There are a couple other properties in almost the same parking lot, I would try them if I had to go back to OKC. Disappointed ~
